Iba culture and hygiene nila... So make sure na mag usap kayo ng maayos prior employment.
I think medyo mahirap sya dyan thanks to local rules in hiring foreigners...
But it's not a bad idea. My colleague decided to hire a Chinese maid kasi yung kids nya are talking Pinoy maid English na daw.

if you wil be going to hire a chinese nanny better import from taiwan, not from China. matuto nga anak mo ng mandarin pero pati ugali nila matutunan din ng anak mo.
mas ok pa din pinoy nanny in terms of values, yun lang minsan matuto din mag bisaya anak mo.
Tama.
I'm pure Tagalog and purely for linguistic purposes, I envy my friends from the Visayan and Mindanaoan region. Aside from English and Filipino, may other language pa sila.
Meron pa ako kaibigan taga Zamboanga. He knows how to speak English, Filipino, Bisaya, Chavacano and Tausug.

Chinese nanny is expensive, rate is around 4000-5000rmb, sa China pa lng na rate yan, pano na if you import pa, if you're willing to pay that high, better get a local na lng, makakatulong ka pa sa kapwa natin pinoy.

Mainland Chinese is the last person you want your growing kid to be around with.
