sa burol ng certain asian cultures, poor ka kung walang iyakan (crying ladies). sa west naman, mahina ka kung umiyak ka sa publiko. but the crying man in paris during world war 2, is one of the most famous pictures in history..
but it's largely a physiological thing. and most of us have little control over our physiologies..
my take on this: no big deal.

    Joke

Money talks-if the movie director says appear beat up, appear beat up.

Is this why Chuck is still alive?

I like Bruce Lee. These two fighters are very good in their own right

    Agree.

At work,- you have to wait for the right time if you decide to display a shade of your emotion, for the biggest impact.

But compliments and praises to your people,- they should be flying at every opportunity.

Poker face look for clients? That is the fastest way to lose a sale.

Positive emotions are welcome in the workplace: i.e. Being happy when your team hits targets. Being cheerful with your bosses. Smiling and exhibiting a friendly demeanor to clients.

Negative emotions are no-no: Crying when the pressure gets too much in the office. Violent anger and rage when things go wrong. Jealousy and bitterness when a co-worker gets promoted etc.
