For me mas malaki ang effect ng diet over exercise and meds.

But if mataas na blood tests mo, need mo talaga mag meds. Then mag diet na. If mag normalize na sa next blood test mo, tsaka mo try stop ang meds.

Also, most of those you think na pabaya and looks healthy, hindi nagpapa blood test yan 😂 What you don’t know won’t hurt you 🤣

Pero too late na once they’ll find out grabe na pala sakit nila.

yup I also believe na diet talaga ang pinakamalaking factor.

My cardio said lifetime na ko mag statin kaya talagang nag protest ako sa gamot na yan e firm yung cardio ko Nag blood test ako recently normal na. I haven't made an appointment with my cardio yet. Sa Mom ko ginawa ng cardio niya every other day na lang. Yung BFF ko nag self medicate and stopped her statin nung nag normal na sa test niya, sabay kasi kami nag start. If that drug prevents me from having heart disease, okay na din, kasi nasa family history talaga namin heart disease at an early age. My paternal 95 yr old Lola said nga pangit genes ng family ng Lolo ko when it comes to health hehehe

Pero meron talaga mga tao na blessed with good genes. May kilala kami yosi, inom, puyat, babae, walang sakit, umabot pa ng 70s. Pero ever since jobless kaya walang stress sa buhay You know what killed him? TB. Totally preventable. Kasi nga pabaya sa katawan e ang TB hindu pwede pabayaan.

True, diet is a big factor but in Familial Hyperlipedmia/Hypercholesterolemia and in Hereditary diabetics you will sooner or later still need meds.
if its Familial/Hereditary then one normal blood test is only temporary and in the future the blood levels might increase again thus the doctor prescribes continuing meds.

How many people do you know really enjoys their dieting? compare it to people who enjoy exercising?

Dieting might even increase stress levels which can normally be suppressed by certain foods.
Not saying that dieting is bad but a balance is needed one which a good doctor can prescribe.

    hogwash!!!! Baloney!!! Balun-balunan!!!!

and why no one sa medical field refuted yung sinabi ng wind engineer about the kagaguhan ng fezshield?

The medical community has no accountability. Eventually ang current healthcare system na pharmaceutical based may papalit jan just the same yung nangyari sa diesel and city of makati na naglayasan na WFH. Watch out sa galaw ng universe.

if you have the numbers and the evidence,
now is the time to show them.

i saw the scientific journal article that supported the face shield protective figures. i vaguely recall, someone posted it here. the numbers were small, but they were there, nonetheless.
remember that this was at a time when very little was known about the covid virus.
"every little bit helps", especially if one did not know the enemy.
