May nabasa ako na yung mga taga Africa ang gaganda ng NATURAL teeth - PERFECT ALIGNMENT and STRONG. Mahilig pala sila kumain ng matigas saka normal na ata mag balat ng buko using TEETH lol! Parang na "train" yung teeth to align perfectly and be stronger. Yung diet din kasi nila puro whole foods/natural.

funny conversation between me and my engr friend. He had blood works done today (routine check) and saw his doctor. I asked him about the results

cathy: that's not high
engr friend: doctor increased my metformin
