how do you get over a broken heart?

My UF is the only person who wants me with crush but today she told me I need to forget about him. I tried to justify with her but she also told me her reasons why I should NOT be with him. It made me really sad because she is the only person who knows the whole story but she said I am wasting my life holding on to someone that is long gone I told her what IF crush still loves or cares for me but he got really hurt by what I did, she told me "Then where is he?" It felt like a freaking slap in the face.

And to make matters worse, I am fond of someone new but he is obviously not interested in me - takes hours to reply to a short message (triggers my freaking anxiety!) But then again I have no right naman to demand for that much attention, sino ba naman ako. HAY! I hate my life!

What ifs really sucks.. Learned it the hard way.

It's a natural thing daw na you'll do everything you can when there's something you don't want to lose. We do it on material things, what more if it is someone who means the world to us?

In other words, both of you did not make an effort to work it out. You let it happen. He let it happen.

You've already got the answer sa tagal na wala communication.. Who knows Baka masaya na sya ngayon with someone else, ikaw ganyan padin.

The "ingredients" for you to move on are already there. You have a choice either status quo-still hope for something you aren't working on to get it or move forward because there's nothing to hope for.

The guys will do absurd things that girls will have no other choice but to break up? I can see the wisdom behind it after reading previous topics about that.

Guys wanted to make the girls feel they're the one who has the "upper hand" because that is the least they can do to lessen the guilt.

I wonder, how long can guys do this? Lalo na kung ndi bumibitaw yung girl.
