Planning to get married inside the Philippine Embassy in Seoul?
Or, in another place in Seoul?
As I understand it, marriage is a local law(?). That is, if you got married in a country,- you can remarry in another country without getting prosecuted, unless you return to the first country....
Experts, please rectify if my understanding is inaccurate.
