Two people can get naughty inside a car if they want to. A lot is going on inside the CBD, even if its just streetside parking. Along the small side streets near the watering holes, surely one or two tinted cars would be idling away, music filtering out of the closed windows. The CBD is alive even if its late at night, marami na mga call centers eh. And there are small (after hours) bars that dot the side streets. Roving motorized guards don't check the cars one by one on street side parking. ;)

OMG hahaha! Yeah sa one way street nga medyo secluded BUT my friend and I were just talking along one of those one way streets in the CBD and we saw a guard approaching our car so we just left. But that was many many years ako.
