I'm sorry but I never said "ALL" are like that.

We can afford to have a yaya for our kids, but we never did. Instead my wife is a full time mom...kasi both of us was brought up oldschool (no yayas) and we want it that way.

Hindi naman lahat ganun, pero mas mabibilang ko ang incidence ng kids raised by good yayas. Some times nagiging trial and error ang paghire ng magaling na yaya.

If we could afford it, we would have preferred the wifey to be a full time mom as well... But for reasons of survival we both have to make kayod in the daily grind.

I also miss the yayas we had before. Loyal, like family, they work hard and they really had malasakit for their "employers". Hard to find those types nowadays.

Sa ultra-rich, hindi uso ang yaya.

Governess ang kinukuha.

Yung mga lokal na uber rich, yung daughters may "yaya" hanggang HS and college pa. When i was in college, i would see them riding in the car with manong driver when they fetch their ward at the driveway (usually in a 2.0L executive sedan or SUV).
