Last week kakaslis lang yun isang maid namin. 1 month pa lang from agency sabi magpadala lang ng pera. Hinde na bumalik pero iniwan lahat ng gamit. Ganun din ginawa nun kapatid niya doon sa pinagttabuhan sabay sila hinde nagpaalam sabi nun agancy.

wala nang papayag nang 3500 for stay in.. yung ibang kilala ko na may kasambahay.. 6T minimum.. sagot pa nila pamasahe kung galing province..

We have someone who comes every other Sunday to just clean the house, we pay her 850. And di siya marunong magluto :/ so talagang linis lang.

Meron kami cleaning lady every Thursday 200 pesos bayad namin.

Wala naman gaano lilinisin since dalawa lang kami sa house ni wifey.

Every Saturday naman magplantsa siya 300 pesos naman.

Minsan hindi siya makapunta, nalaman ko may napapasukan pala na garments factory (1 week straight)

12 hour work for 150 pesos.

May makukuha ka fresh from province at that salary pero gagawin ka lang travel agency, meaning papasagot sa iyo pamasahe niya then after 1 or 2 months lalayas na at may papasukan na iba mas mataas sweldo.

I think fair lang ang ganyan na salary especially kung gusto mo na magtagal sa iyo. Kung kami gagawa ng trabaho sa bahay it will take several hours of our time to do the daily chores of cleaning, cooking and laundry. That is small compared to the time we will be doing it ourselves. If you value your time then you must value theirs also.

The wife of our former driver cooked for us today. 8 dishes good for 1 week. She was here from 10 am to 6 pm. They had breakfast and lunch here and then we gave them a portion of what they cooked. Kasama niya yung isang anak niya. My Mom gave P500. Pwede na ba yun? Reliever kasi siya ng isang helper so she works Mon to Sat there so she can only come to our house on a Sunday. October she can work for us na.

I was supposed to give her kid P100 but my Mom said P50 lang daw. So I have him lots of chocolates and P70 instead hahaha. Nice kid, very attentive. I was leaving kanina and he picked up my bag and handed it to me. I appreciate those little details (mana siya sa tatay niya)
