basically tune-up means to bring into harmony.
sa oto, it means, bringing components together for maximum efficiency, whether few adjustments in certain components or the entire engine itself.

basically, activities done sa tune-up are of follows:
a) replace spark plugs or distributor points
b) replace fuel and air filters
c) check electronic engine management system or ECU
d) timing
e) idling check and adjustment
f) clean carbs/injectors

normally costs around 1000+.

on the Simota intake, its an aftermarket intake system, designed for your car to breathe more efficiently. combustion composes of two factors diba? air and fuel. if the air intake is clogged, it is compared to a person na may congested na ilong. di masyadong makahinga. ang result nung tao, eh mabilis humingal. ganyan din sa oto, make the intake bigger or more efficient and combustion is more efficient.
