TOYOTA COROLLA suddenly STALLED

it is a carb sir vinj, yep..luma na nga yung fuel filter malabo na tignan e, madumi na nga rin..pero bago mangyari yung tirik case e may napansin na akong kakaiba sa Corolla while driving it on past few days...kapag nag-fufull throttle ako/ibibirit (in 1st gear lang) or mag-aaccelerate e may smooth takbo naman kaso yung nga pag medyo pabirit na siya or in full thort's in 1st gear e nagjejerk/kumakadyot na siya kaya nag-shshift na ako into second gear...related din kaya ito? subukan ko i-prime yung karburador baka sa kaling umandar

Check the carb. That happened with our Sentra before after it was left parked for a long time (coupled with a clogged filter). Had to get it overhauled. The symptom was medyo sinok-sinok yung takbo even if you gas it hard (nalulunod lang) and eventually, it died and wouldnt start. Redondo lang ng redondo... changed the fuel filter and primed the carb (with matching sakal linis) to make it start up again but it still would die down or hesitate at times, until we had the carb overhauled.

Thanks for the advice sir Vinj, try ko po gawin yan pati yung pag-spray ng carb cleaner, pa-overhaul ko na rin po para peace of mind na rin.
