Try El Dorado, If they cannot do it, you might need to bring it to Casa.
Before going to the shop, try to find out the original positioning of the TPS.

in adjusting the TPS, there's a certain voltage it needs to input to the ECU. for my vios, I can monitor the TPS to be at 11% at idle using my OBD scanner. have yet to try to measure the voltage there as it's like a potentiometer (devices used for volume control in stereos)...

if you can find a similar car or just try to google, you can check the voltage, buy a P120.00 multimter from CDR King and you're done :P

^+1... i set mo sa tamang idling according to your car's specs at no load condition . thereafter, i reset mo yung ecu/pcm.

pag di pa rin nagbago, measure the voltage across the tps... pag fully close, minimal lang (mga 0.5volts), pag fully open, mga nasa 5v. pag out of range, check mo yung tps or yung connection kung me nasira when you disconnected it.
