stock air filter vs. simota or K&N

thats the engine bay of an innova vvti. a k&N drop in filter like the one on the pic costs around 5.5k

I tried to browse the k&n website, it appears that they do not have an air filter for an innova. How is that?

I'm from Cebu, saan kaya sya mabibili? What are its pros and cons? Maingay ba?
