hmm... are they redlining it? Admittedly mausok nga talaga ang Crosswind lineups (even ours), pero yung sa amin kasi bugahan lang ang tambutso every once in a while oks na eh.
BTW, once in a while being during PMS lang naman in our case. Pero it does the trick to eliminate that black smoke that's shown in the vid.
Free pa compared sa pagbili ng gadget. Hehe water hose, put pressure in the tip, spray the muffler, and problem solved.

August 8th, 2010 10:40 PM #5If the makers of this device really believe in their product, they should first present it to Isuzu and/or to other diesel distributors who have the engineering team and the means to fully evaluate it's positive and negative effects.
Possible positive effects: smoke reduction
Possible negative effects: power reduction, and many more, even total engine failure
It is the total and long-term effects that we should be more concerned about. Be careful!!!!!

Solution? I just sent my cousin over to Central Diesel Clinic so I don't have to think about the smoke belching on her Nissan Frontier. hehehe. Am I this lazy nowadays?

September 12th, 2010 08:56 AM #7Guys, check this link, http://www.sonecare.com/web/index.ph...d=45&Itemid=37
It shows some certification from DOST and DENR.
What do you think?

Even the known scam of KHAOS Super Fuel Saver (aka Khaos Super Turbo Charger) is DOST and DENR certified, as mentioned by the news article below:
http://www.philstar.com/Article.aspx?articleId=272711
So what makes this different?

We have no dedicated center for testing stuff for the DOST and DENR.
So the government agencies rely on the private sector on test equipment, etc.
If you control the test equipment, it won't be too far from one's imagination to do some sort of "gimmick" to get the results one wants to get that "certification".
And the DOST/DENR don't do independent testing to check results either.
3M Color Stable series are all above 50% TSER. RFID readable through the tint, stays good for...
