right front wheel spins at idle

i was using a jack to elevate the tires while inflating them, when i noticed that the right front wheel was spinning when it got off the ground. the left wheel wasn't.

is this normal? come to think of it, the car does tend to veer to the right when driving. all this time akala ko di lang magtugma ung inflation ng tires.

normal yan. that's just the open differential at play.
