Reliable shop for 4d56 engine

Good day! can anyone refer a reliable shop for 4d56 engine for diagnosis? my problem is that it emits thick black smoke and hard to start even the engine is still hot. in the morning it took me 4 times to hit the heater before it starts and after it starts it emits very thick black smoke even after i parked it for at least 10-15minutes i have to reheat again at least 3 to 4 times to make the engine start, coz if i dont, it drains my battery (tried it several times). by the way im from laguna, hope you can help me find / refer a shop near my area so i can solve the burden of my life hehehe...thanks so much in advance!!!!

mukhang may tama na engine mo... yung tamaraw ko dati ganyan din hard starting na sa umaga tapos mausok na... diagnosis was overhaul...
