    Help pls. I am in the process of restoring a car and might need to change the engine. Does anyone know what is the procedure to follow to register this change at the LTO?

    its almost the same as registering the change owner of a vehicle.
    get a clearance first sa TMG, then after getting the clearance, go to LTO and effect the change.
