Saka unahin muna nila yung squatters. 20 years of squatting na yun dun. Kami 20 mins. lang.

boybi, I'm sure it isn't our vacant lot cause ours is fenced naman....
otep, I think the work has stopped na yata, heard from someone na there's no more budget for the construction, don't know lang kung totoo....
I think the days of the squatters along congressional ave. are numbered na.....sana nga!
Hmmm, maybe I should sell our lot na cause there must be lots of would be investors out there.....are you aware of the current market value along that road? baka interested si boybi?

i'm interested kung ok lang sa iyo na apo ko na sa tuhod ang magbayad, tapos kung pwede installemnt for at least 50 yrs.

Tigil ang construction? Oh yes...este oh no pala...Kaya pala wala yung buldozer kahapon nung dumaan ako.

Oh well, at least may playground pa din ang mga Tsikoteers for the meantime. Hehehe.

Matagal pa magkaka-progress doon. Both ends of the road are not connected to anything. One end squatters, the other end gubat. Ewan ko ba kung bakit sila sa gitna nagsimula. hehehe.

Otep, I've talked to one of the engineers at ang sabi nya congressional ave will exit luzon ave at one end, ewan ko lang kung makarating sa mindanao ave ang other end.
Boybi, baka wala nang halaga ang piso pag tapos ka nang mag-installment.... pambili ko rin yon nang used pajero or safari para makasama ako sa adventures nyo.....
Ungas, baka interested ka sa lot ko? its the second lot from the gate of mira-nila along congressional ave.........

Sa Visayas ang punta ng isang end to connect with the existing congressional ave. Currently nakakarating na ng Mindanao ang finished portion (yung sa may Cherry Foodarama).

Yung sa Luzon Ave. medyo malabo pa kasi nga madaming squatters.
