i lost my handy 8500lbs. electric winch and a new battery due to extended use every time i go out of our farm in the province. i plan to have it fixed but the shop said i need to upgrade to a more powerful one to avoid going back again at his shop. anyone who knows where i can find second hand or surplus 9,000-12,000lbs. electric winch at about php8,000-9,000? i'm planning to sell my old winch after its repair. any advice would be appreciated. kindly contact me through PM thanks guys.
