No my elgrand is bone stock exhaust. I will be doing a downpipe from speedlab because my boost has been maxed out at 23psi so I need more flow. With my LPG I only run strait water now, Don't need any alcohol since I have extra fuel already. I am also adding that air fuel controller so I can gain even more power by adjusting my diesel fuel curve.

i see, i asked about it because you've been discussing about increasing boost to aid in combustion and gaining additional power but not on exhaust system to match the intake mods. i understand, you have now air+fuel+LPG+water mist in your Elgrand's combustion chamber. since you don't need the alcohol now, maybe you can make and introduce another devilsown design combo of LPG-Water injection
i think thats feasible with someone technically inclined like you. that can even be better than the WAI as LPG is more common in PI.

Well not a lot of time for that, But I can do a few select systems for a couple of people. I don't use alcohol but I still need the water. It keeps my temps way way down. Lets me run more LPG and add more diesel and make even more power. Some industrious Pinoy can figure out how to make a Diesel LPG fumigation set up. It is a simple as it comes to make a nice safe kit. It's just a matter of sourcing the parts.

you are right doc, pinoys ingenuity and being typically industrious, it will not take long before they figure out the Diesel-LPG fumigation system. once they see the set-up and its benefits, the ingenuity will come in. glad we have people like you continuously imparting ideas on diesel engine sytems that really works and utilizing common fuels easily source in the country.

I can dyno prove the power on any vehicle. This is not HHO lol. I will be at Berimma Diesel on March 9th for Elgrandclubph event. If you decide to go with this I will pay for your dyno base run and system on.

thanks for the offer doc but i plan to go in that route of diesel mods after my warranty period. for now, i am still happy with the stock performance of my smoke belching (sometimes) gtv
but 2t during refuelling helps

Alcohol injection can can you as much as a Chip so it's a matter of budget and if you mind filling a tank from time to time. Chips are around 35000p
Example Dchip Strada 3.2 common rail. Gain 26.7hp
Alcohol Injection on my 3.2 Elgrand electro mechanical injection This was just with a 3gph nozzle using around 30% rubbing alcohol, Gain 34.6
So which the Chip it depends on the setting, With the alcohol injection it depends on nozzle size and alcohol percentage plus adding boost will give you even more power..
Here's a Focus picking up 30hp with just our kit.
Both work well and are a monster when combined.
Feel free to PM about a kit.Last edited by dvldoc; February 17th, 2013 at 06:23 AM.

I don't know if the AFR was even reading on that run since it's just flat lined , The air/fuel ratios for diesel engines under full load are between 17:1 and 29:1,
The Mod I would like to know is how to increase the Injection timing on a non common rail electro mechanical injection pump.
