try doing a search for "devils own" They have what you are looking for. Their kits are available from Speedlab and a few tsikoteers have installed the kits on their rides. So far they seem to be happy.

IIRC the STI and EVO use external mist spray on their intercoolers and it does help in getting cooler air to the engine.

how about practical use? like hot traffic days or long steep uphill? worth kaya spending for a used 50-80psi elec fuelpump and a agricultural nozzle? later na yung pressure switch. wala kasi dito eh...
