ATF DW-1 replaces Z1, wala ng Z1 sa casa, baka meron sa labas, but I would advise you against it, baka ma jafakes ka pa.

Valve clearance is recommended to be checked every 20k based on booklet, I never had mine checked ever because I don't go to casa.

Sa oil so far I have been using FS with Mitasu as my latest, same performance pa rin sa Mag 1 FS, Idemitsu Mineral Oil and Honda Genuine Mineral Oil, so since I only cover 3.5k kms/6 months and use only Vic filter, balak ko mag Honda Mineral Oil na lang every 6 months para tipid. Iniisip ko lang kasi dyan, baka matagalan bago makuha ang oto dahil sa mahaba ang pila though meron akong appointment bukas for airbag replacement baka pwede ko na isabay sa change oil after ng replacement.

Same lang pala tayo, 3.5km din sakin for 6mos. 7mos pa lang sa akin tong oto


Btw mga sir, hindi daw advisable ang 0w-20 fs oil dahil sa klima dito sa Pinas? Dapat 5w-30 or 10w-40 daw?

a thicker oil helps in racing(where theyre pushing above 5000rpm and producing 500hp+ for over 1hr). sa metro manila parking lot you dont need that thick viscosity oil and you only need 20-60hp in 8kph speeds 😂😂😂

Question po.

I own Accent Hatch CRDI, sa manual, nakalagay na oil is 0w30, 5w30, 10w30 and 15w40. Does it mean na safe gamitin ang 5w40 dahil may indicated na mas thicker oil (15w40)?

Also, is it safe na 10k kms or once a year yung OCI ko using Shell Helix Ultra Diesel (5w40)? Sa province po ako nakatira na walang trapik tulad ng sa Manila.

you can use naman the 40w. so while youre reading the manual, whats the recommended oil change interval? whats the oil capacity? whats the required diesel engine oil? api-cj? or acea class?
