which oil would have better fuel efficiency, 10w30 mineral or 15w40 semi-synthetic oil?

based on viscosity I say the 10w30 mineral, but better if you just buy a fully synthetic with the same viscosity....PM speedyfix, meron ganyan viscosity ang Royal purple oil

if we are talking about FE, i think the semi-synth. but costs wise, its better to put a full synth than using semi-synth.... or put na lang mineral.
