Which province? Good shops can test if its the injectors, injection pump and timing, fuel pump, low compression etc.
I think major cities have shops for diesels. Dagupan Baguio Ilocos have some. Cebu and Davao/CDO should have some also. Ask your neighbors or the shops in your area.
