Good day to the Tsikot community! This could have been discussed already, pls bear w/ me... I just need an advice regarding my car...
You see, I just had my AC system repaired/cleaned (compressor bearing replacement). After the repair was done, I noticed my engine's RPM dives everytime I turn on the AC. So I increased my idling RPM by adjustment.
Anyway after adjusting it everything went to normal again. Until I used my car at night and turned on my headlights, engine's RPM took a dive again when my headlights are on... Guys what is the cause of this? The engine does not stall naman. And when I say the RPM dives, the tachometer's needle is just above zero... approx 100-200 RPM lang. Is this normal? What is
the normal idling RPM when say all of the car's utility is being used? does this
manifest weak battery? btw, the car is a '94 civic Lx. Thank you guys! More power to Tsikot!
