    sir AFAIK, it should be located behind/below the glove box on the passenger side...

    Remove the negative terminal of the battery before disconnecting/reconnecting the ECU.

    On the Yaris/Vios, the ECU is in the engine compartment. It's the thing that looks like an amplifier with heatsink.

    On Pajero (gasoline) its behind the glovebox.

    Mga bro yung sa Inova alam nya ba kung saan nakalagay yung Computer box? kasi yung inova ko lumubog hangang kalahati ng dashboard, now wondering kung may pagasa na hindi nasira yung comp box. Kasi baka matagalan lalo ang repair.
    Sa ngayon nga hindi makacommit yung Toyota C5 kung kelan pwede makuha yung auto.

    AFAIK, its behind the glove box on production models.

    It was underneath the driver's seat on pre-production examples.

    Yun ba yung nasa may makina na parang malaking heat sink (behind sa position ng glove compartment, or nasa loob sya ng dash board (hindi expose) Pano ko ba malalaman kung ok pa yung ECU, kasi hindi ko na try i-start yung auto kasi baka lalo lumala sira.
    Saka nung nag alarm yung auto during the flood tinanggal ko na yung batery kaso hindi ko sure baka its too late kasi hangang sa handbeak console na yung water.
    Appologies for the long text, just worried sick kung ano damage nung auto due to flood.

    nasa engine bay yung ECU ng innova. facing the engine upper left part, sa may fire wall. may nakakabit na wire harness sa right side ng ECU.
