Mga fellow tsikoteers, tanong lang po. Will it be beneficial, fuel consumption and acceleration-wise, to:

    1. Replace my OEM air filter with K&N or any other similar brands? Am I going to replace only the filter element (drop-in) or do I have to remove the whole OEM filter assembly and install an "open-type" K&N racing filter which I usually see on other mod-up cars? Pasensya na po, I'm not familiar with this.

    2. I've read somewhere about Turbo timer. Does it really help to have one?

    Maraming salamat po.

turbo timers are more of a safety feature to preserve the turbo's life. it lets the oil cool down before shutting down the engine. it's also for convenience.

Many thanks, Innova Boy. I'll replace my OEM filter with K&N as soon as I get back in the country.
