It depends on where you live. You'll have to find a shop that knows its stuff and carries pre-fabricated adapters.
Some shops make do with the elbow bend adapter that just clamps on with rubber and an O-ring, but, from experience, this isn't very stable, and hard bumps can knock it off. (had something like this on the old Sentra)
What you want is an adapter with a screw threaded through it into the carb, to hold it in place. There are some Simota pieces that do this:
(non-Simota)
But some shops make their own, sort of ghetto-looking versions.
You'll have to shop around to find the adaptor.

thanks for the reply sir.. ill be also installing it to my b13.. the AF i have is somewhat similar to the pic posted.. but its sort of a short intake.. it comes with a stainless elbow tube that is connected to the filter.. i think it was installed before in a ga16de engine.. were can i buy an adaptor with in the area of makati.. any suggestion sir.. tia..
Don't know the local shops... pero kung Makati ka, you can do a sweep of Evangelista (EDSA southbound, right after Magallanes, between a Jollibee and McDo right after the interchange), lots of places there, and one is bound to have the adaptor.![]()
