why do you want to be on the rich side? do you know that it can bring adverse effects on your engine since adjusting fuel deliveries outside a test bench is a one big gamble which can have damaging results. adjusting it is done in conjunction with the air deliveries also....and you don't play it by engine noise certainly...the easiest way to spot it is by smoke coming out of your pipe but by then it's either irritating to the eyes or you are now a smoke belcher.
the most you can adjust is idling....
