While going down a mall parking lot, the engine of my old backup car, a '94 Automatic Transmission Civic suddenly shut off and won't restart again.

What I noticed is naka-light ang engine and oil indicator and other indicators whenever I try to start.

Peroi hinihiram sa amin from time to time kaya iba iba ang nagdra-drive.

What's wrong kaya? Saan kaya ok pa repair?

As you turn the ignition switch to ON, wait a few seconds to observe the check engine light, before starting the car. Does the Check Engine light go off? If it goes off after a few seconds, do you hear the distinct "click" sound as the light goes off?

Autobeat: Nope, the engine indicator does not go off.

Jacknigel: That's what I suspect since amamoy dun sa loob ng car pero hopefully not.

Saan ba pwede ipadiagnose? Mahal sigurado sa Casa. How much ba ECU nowadays kung ito talaga sira?

Kung namatayan ka ng makina dahil nawalan ng fuel, fill it up and put the key to the ON position but do not start the car. Do this a few times to let the fuel pump put in fuel sa engine. Then after a few tries, start it again. Hopefully eto lang...

You said no power steering and no brakes? I think this is a secondary effect nung namatay yung makina.

Have you had the timing belt replaced na? Oil level ok naman? How about the belts?

Unang kutob ko no fuel din, happened to my brother in law's ESI as well, paexit sya ng parking ramp (pababa) then namatay oto, ayaw mag start... When we poured 1.5 liters of fuel in, I "primed" the fuel lines twice before starting, it didn't start at first, then sa 2nd time nagstart pero rough, after a few minutes of revving ok na sya.

Confirmed. Ecu is busted. May dumating na mechanic and sunog nga yung ecu.
