idle inquiry

hello tsikoteers...
i'm nebie here. may maybe you can help me sa problema ko sa akin revo,
lately kasi napansin ko parang ang taas ng idle ng sasakyan ko, paano ko ba iadjust yung minor nya, puede ko bang i-diy ko lang ang adjustment nito.
it's a 2001 revo dlx model.

You can, if you can find the idle screw in your carb (is this a carb model?). How high is your rpm?

IMO, if the fuel consumption is still the same,I would not touch it...

though check the cables if it returns properly...

sir, thanks sa reply. it's an efi. i'll bring it na lang sa shop for check-up i'm afraid baka lumaki pa problema ko.

near your tb there should be an adjustment knob. just turn it to fix the idle speed.

hindi po efi ang revo diesel...

meron screw na adjust para sa aircon idling, try ninyo observe engine bay, pag nag-on/off yung compressor, meron gagalaw na mechanism near the fuel filter.. andun po yung screw na ina-adjust..

when was your last pms (change oil, oil filters, air filters, pollen filters, etc...) maybe is already due for service, if so have it also check the idle and timing of your car...

regardless of where you service your vehicle they'll be happy to do it for you with no extra charge...

okay na po yung idling ng revo ko, i have it overhauled ( yung efi ) grabe ng
dumi, ang sabi nung mekaniko yung iscv daw kailangan ng palitan, pero since wala pa kong pangpalit ginawan nya muna ng paraan.
ang tanong ko na lang saan ako makakabili nung iscv bukod sa kasa baka may kakilala kayong tindahan na puede kung puntahan.

i haved it checked by a mechanic, kailangan daw palitan yung iscv ko.
