bro, when the gas tank lights on, it deos not really mean totally empty ang tank, normally, there's around 10 liters left as reserve. now, you have mixed E-10 , then unleaded then blaze. totally, magkakaiba ng RON rating thus will need some adjustment sa timing.

I suggest you drain out the tank, gas line, fuel pump & filter para surely maalis agad what ever mixture of gas is in there. Then ask them what will be the ideal fuel to use for your car base on it's originl timing adjustment. I think honda only recommend RON 93 and higher.
