    L, 2L, wag yun problematic na 2L-T, 2C, 3C

    nissan
    sd-23, sd-25

    mitsubishi
    4d56(alam ko mahal ang 2nd hand nito)

    mazda
    b series engines, b22, b25


    better go to the ever reliable 4d56 engine, pero siguarduhin lang nasa kundisyon ang 4d56 dahil known as mausok yan bro

    sq, more or less, mahal pa ang 4ja1 engine siguro ngayon.

    yun, pwede rin ang 4ja1 engine ng crosswind. pero kung reliability talaga, eto ang pwede ko irecommend na mga engines.

    2 lang ang very reliable, SD23 ng nissan at 4D56 ng mitsubishi. SD23 engine is 2.3L engine, malakas din na engine, ginagamit din sa forklifts eto. makina eto ng nissan pick up at nung bida. 4D56 naman is a 2.5L engine na very very common at talaga naman workhorse engine. makina eto ng L200, L300, adventure, at ms sport gls. yun nga lang, crdi na 4D56 ang nasa montero sport. pero sabi ng mekaniko namin sa planta, mahal na daw ang 4D56 engine. i saw brand new nito sa casa, wala pang tranny, 150k. pero kung surplus, wala na ko idea, pero mahal daw. its up to you nalang, canvass ka nalang. dagdag ko pa pala ang 2L engine ng toyota na makina naman ng hilux at revo diesel. it is a 2.4L engine, either with turbo called the 2L-T engine, na makina naman ng hilux surf. medyo iwas ka dun sa 2L-T engine kasi may nabasa ako sa wikipedia na issue dito.

    kung maintenance, eh hindi mahirap hanapan ng mga piyesa ang mga makina na eto lalo na ang 4D56. common engines naman ang mga eto. kung gusto mo, pinakacommon sa lahat, 4BA1 o 4D30, mga makina ng jeep!

    kung saan ka pwede makakita ng mga makina, recommend ko ang a. bonifacio, araneta ave., sa caloocan, grace park, may mga surplus dun at sa valenzuela kasi madami nagaassemble ng sasakyan dun

    nissan ba anfra? kung tight bugdet ka, go with nissan RD28(tama ba?) used in nissan laurel. medyo mura yung makina na yun.

    not sure though. guess estimate is 40k more or less. no electronic. purely mechanical to.

    and diesel na madalas nakakabit sa anfra nun ay RF diesel ng Mazda na nakakabit din sa mazda B2200 pick-up or E2200 van

    pero kung kukuha ka na rin lang ng diesel ang piliin mo na ay yung naka timing gear na at hindi naka timing belt kaya maganda sa'yo ang 4DR7 ng fuso/mitsubishi, 4JA1 at 4JB1 dahil ang 4DR7 ay kilalang nakakabit sa light truck tulad ng Canter at Elf
