I just had my oil change this morning using Havoline Energy Synthetic. Isang tanong lang. Since synthetic na sya, ubra na ba yung 10000 kms o 6 months change oil interval sa kanya?

IMHO lang sir, i would stick to the 5000 km interval

imho, you can never have enough oil changes.

i think art is saying that even if you use synthetic oil for your car, it is still the safe way to go if you follow your car manufacturer's recommendation of having your oil changed at 5000 km intervals.

tanx. siguro the best way to go is to have it on 7500 kms. bihira naman ako ma traffic eh (LP-SLX-Macapagal-Coastal Road route) and ako lang and si esmi ang laman parati ng oto.

Saan ba naman dito sa Metro Manila na wala kang
mae-enkuwentrong stop-and-go-first-gear-all-the-way
traffic? Madalas yang ganyan.

Kaya if I were you, mas cost effective na regular mineral
based oil na lang ipalagay mo and then have it changed
every 5,000 kms.

as per sir happy_gilmore bihira siya ma-traffic...imho safe ang 7500 km change oil interval para sa kanya....

babalik ako ulit sa Energy on my next oil change...gusto ko extend hanggang 10tkm pero since i drive hard 7500 lang din ang gagawin kong change oil interval sa stop and go traffic condition

If it's a FULLY Synth oil, just change oil filter every 5k km, air filter every 10k km and keep the oil for 10k km. Make sure you use OEM quality oil filters.
