phase out jeepneys para walang traffic. its one of the most inefficient way of tranport. This law is wise, it does not say that I pahse out ang jeepney but it purpose is to phase it out. Para hindi mahalata, if you wont agree to changing your engine then your jeepney wont be registered, hindi magamit, lesser jeepneys the better. Next is the buses, same procedure.
