    DIESEL!!

Binenta na namin yung revo namin and bought a toyota hilux. Bale dalawa na ang pickup namin isang napakausok na L200 at usokless na hilux dahil bago pero pag luma na mausok na rin yan.

Plus diesel engines are more durable than gas engines. masmatipid pa sa gas full tank ng hilux can go as much as 620km

Kaya lang sometimes when I go to tagaytay I miss the acceleration of a gas engine ((1.6litre car) where I can overtake as much as 6 cars. Yung pickup dalawa lang hirap na hehe

Sanayan lang po pag diesel, know when your engine reaches its max torque and hp. Makakatulong din yung mahabang bwelo at timing when to overtake. :D

diesel engines are improving in terms of power and convenience. i think gone are the days that the diesel engine has always been conceived as a noisy, smoky clunker. =) tsaka, mukang di na bababa ang price ng gas, diesel na!

Yep, but iba pa rin acceleration ng gas coz you can stretch it longer. Sa diesel sandali lang upshift kagad. Kaya kailangan correct timing and momentum. buwelo talaga.

Some of the new turbo diesels act much like gas engines... same power, but at lower engine speeds, with more torque and better fuel consumption.

It's only a matter of time...

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

both has their good point. i want a low to midrange power, go diesel. but on high speed runs, i go for gas. for fuel consumption, i go for diesel.

since 4 years ago, i had been driving a 4x4 f150. then this year i switched to a gen 2 pajero.

i don't think i will ever go back to driving a gas driven vehicle for a daily driver. plus the diesel has a built in speed limiter (mabagal talaga sya), which has made me a safer driver

a few months ago, i was choosing between 2 troopers (same color pa sila)

one is a 3.2 inline 4 Gasoline and the other is a 3.1 Turdo Diesel Intercooler

i choose the diesel without batting an eyelash.
