erratic idling of 2E

I think this is not normal...

I'm using a corolla xl5 stock 2E engine. Bakit pag biglang binirit ang oto, for instance sa EDSA, then the idling suddenly becomes erratic na parang palyado. Sort of nabilaukan sa gas? U need to rest the engine at least 30 mins bago bumalik sa normal na 800 rpm, when u start the engine palyado na siya..Is it the carb? or the tuning of engine..

Help po for some some inputs before ko sana pagawa.

Check the PCV (valve leter "L" attached on top of the valve cover)
