Engine temperature

dapat ba the same ang engine temperature whether the aircon is on or off? or dapat mas malamig pag aircon off?

dapat same. pag mas mataas baka mabagal ikot ng auxilliary fan mo sir. o mataas condenser pressure.

sa corolla ko dati same lang kahit on or off ang aircon, hot or cold ang weather. sa safari relatively cooler ang engine pag off ang aircon.

pansin ko kasi sa car ko pag off aircon, aabot sa near half yung needle ng temp gauge. tapos mag on yung radiator fan. then pag nag off yung rad fan e nasa may 1/3 na yung needle ng temp gauge.
pag aircon on ako, relatively near nasa 1/3 yung temp gauge ko.
normal lang po ba yon?

Dapat pareho lang halos kasi the thermostat (the one in the engine, not the a/c thermostat) regulates temperature.

yep, tama sila. dapat the same. now if the temperature still rises if the aircon is on, most probably, may problem na yung cooling system or yung water pump.

kung malamig sya kapag naka on yung AC and mainit kapag off sya, that means something is wrong with either the thermostat/thermoswitch/rad fan kasi di sya bumubukas

check mo rpm/speed ang radiator fan kung separate electric fan, if connected sa engine check the clutch of the fan. dapat pag malamig maluwag ipihit, pag mainit dapat mabigat ipihit. ganyan na ba siya dati o ngayon mo lang napansin?
