idle ng toyota corolla 90-- bumabagsak

mga sir,
May mga katanungan po sana ako tungkol sa corolla ko.
1. pang minsan ok ang minor, pero may pag kakataon na pangit umandar as in bumabagsak sya, tapos ang masama pa nito pang nag load ka ng aircon tataas bahagya ang minor, tapos drop na sya unti unti which is nakaka asar ihandle ang pag gannon kondisyon.

2. may mga oras naman na ok na ok, smooth ang andar.

nag palit na ako ng ignition coil, spark plugs, ok naman carburador kasi hindi naman sya nag cho choke.

Ano kaya problema pa nito, sana matulungan nyo ako or may mag volunteer na mekniko na pede gumawa. hopeless case na ako eh..

help naman po..

sir, papano pong ground, i mean saan ko check for proper grounding?
hindi po sa carb eh kasi pag binirit mo hindi na palya, palit na din ako ng fuel filter , pati air filter... ano pa kaya bosinf

well, last na yun, kakaisip ko lang..

pcheck mo ung ignition timing, pati valve clearance, one of the causes din yan..either masyadong delayed yung timing mo...

in short, try mo ipa-general tune-up

try mo i-overhaul yung carb mo. most likely nandun ang problema. baka fouled-up na yung throttle plate.

ok try ko dagdagan ng ground, wala pong modification all stock pa sya

I just installed alarm and central lock, hindi kaya alternator? kasi pinagawa ko na din ito pimalitang bearing at carbon

diesel kasi ride ko,e... liteace diesel...groundin sa ride ko magbebenifit ang ECU, heaters at acc...unlike sa gas na spark ignition..

I remember nag palit din ako ng batt terminal yun silver? balik ko na lang kaya sa dati baka hindi maganda polarity noon.

diesel kasi ride ko,e... liteace diesel...groundin sa ride ko magbebenifit ang ECU, heaters at acc...unlike sa gas na spark ignition..

check the following:

1. Electrical (specifically grounding as everyone has mentioned) plus alternator load if it is sufficient.
2. A/F mix. pag di balanse pumapalya ang idle.
3. clogged fuel line not enough fuel is being supplied sa carb and too much air is entering the system.
4. your tensioning pulley baka pigil na ang ikot need to replace bearing (hirap ang makina pag ganito at common ito sa mga old model cars like our corolla)
5. did you change HT wires when you changed your sparkplugs???
6. palitan mo na rin yung distributor condenser mo at contact point.

ganyan din yung corolla ko dati pero after ko ipa-tuneup at palitan ang kelangan palitan ayos na.

tama si Finchy yung idle-up mechanism pa pala hehehe pero yung ovehaul saka na pag walang improvement na nangyari after checking everything

noted lahat sinabi mo, check ko lahat ito pag di pa din nakuha, benta ko na kotse ko, 2 week na akong pinapahirapan.

A/F mix. pag di balanse pumapalya ang idle. ( A/F how can I set this?)

may screw sa likod ng carb nasa gitna. what you do is to turn your engine on in idle then tighten the screw clockwise. when the engine starts to vibrate badly, loosen it turning counter-clockwise until all bad vibrations are gone. don't overdo yung loosening or else you get bad fuel consumption. this is just a rough setting but it works for me

YEp... thats the signs na busted na idle up mechanism mo.. na exprienced ko na to.. I neglect to replace it coz it's still working..pero namamtayan na ako which is WORST. it's really bad coz the vacuum is working On and off... so why not replace it? surplus would be good. 400 pesos ata un nabili ko. I have a mitsu idle up mechanism and it works fine. toyota or mitsu is good.. It is a surplus.

ganyan talaga idle up nayan minsa ok minsan hindi. ang nakaka asar nito is hindi makita ng mechanic dahil pa minsa minsa lng lumalabas. hehehe.

kung elec. fuel pump pa check mo baka pumapalya na, kung mechanical, baka mahina na...

I cant believe what happend after a short discussion with you guys it solves my problem after a 2 LONG weeks nagging at my car, I lost my meals kakaisip but finally, lecheng grounding lang pala ang problema ko.
