Is it possible to purchase brand new diesel engines from the major car companies here in this country?

Isuzu, Toyota, Mitsubishi?
If not then maybe MAN diesel engines.

It would be nice if we can get a hold of common rail direct injection diesel engines...... or even just at least the direct injection engines with the old fuel system design.
