March 10th, 2009 03:34 PM #1Mga Brad, Ask ko lang po pag tinanggal mo ba ung dipstick tpos may tumatalsik na langis ok lang ba yun? Is it normal? kasi sabi nang iba pa blow-by na daw pag ganun. Any one po please help.

Two things to do for proper diagnosis:
1. Check if the engine oil is at the correct level.
2. Do compression tests on all cylinders.

bro, natural lang na may lalabas o tatalsikan na langis pag inalis mo ang dip stick while engine is running. the same is true kung bubuksan mo ang oil cap. it's because of the pressure being build up inside the engine.
ngayon kung patay naman ang makina at inalis mo ang dip stick, hindi tatalsik ang langis but it will give you an idea how much more oil the engine has.

Blow by is not that negative to an engine especially pag minimal. What is bad is low compression with high blow by. Imagine your clutch master full of fluid but you cannot disengage your clutch, kasi nag "blow by" yung fluid sa seal ng plunger. Anyway, what is your mileage ang how big are the oil drops coming out?
