    Tanong ko lang kasi yung auto ko pag nag-start ako ng makina, umaandar naman pero namamatay-matay. Nagtry ako taasan yung idling pero ganun pa rin, merong cycle from high revs to low revs, tapos me chances na mamamatay yung makina. Di ko alam kung may dumi sa air passage o wala sa timing yung makina. Help pls. Thanks in advance

    Baka madumi IAC(Idle Air Control) valve at IAC valve passage ng kotse mo.

    Yung hose papunta sa MAP sensor pag nabunot ganyan din.

    If you are feeling lucky, try spraying some carb cleaner into your intake manifold (after removing the filter).

    Though if you are unsure - it's best to have it diagnosed and fixed by a mechanic.

    your system is computerized ,these things have to be performed ;

    scan test for codes and work out with the codes if any.

    if no codes present , check fuel pressure, vacuum leaks, compression test maybe. with the help of engine electronics diagram , perform some pinpoint tests to some main sensors. good luck

    if you don't have a check engine check the fuel filter and throttle body. baka either or both are barado.

    I've seen in your info that your ride is a Lancer MX, kung Lancer nga, probably it's the idle issues of Mitsubishi which is the never ending 'Servo' problem. Much preferred ko na ipa-check/diagnose mo muna sa casa yan before consulting other mechanics para lang maka siguro ka.

    if it's the servo, try having it cleaned rin muna. baka barado sya. if it doens't work then bite the bullet and have it replaced na.

engine cycles from high rev to low rev until it stalls
