If its just the need for speed, turbocharged gas engine is still my option.. if not, a huge arse NA engine with 6 gears haha!

    Another consideration is mounting points ng engines and tranny nyan.. pag hindi swak, magpapamachine shop ka pa.

    My Revo 1rz is very thirsty, 3.8kpl. It's ridiculous. Naka LPG na siya, but I still need something which can give my Revo 7kpl or higher. Not sure if it's the heavy body or gear ratio, or a bit of both. Pero the 1kz turbo seems to be the popular choice sa mga pinagtanungan ko (Kuya She included).

    Aray ko naman!!!! 3.8 is indeed ridiculous! Pero hindi lang weight ang factor nyan...

    Driver factors is heavy foot and comfort. Kung todo lagi aircon, then may problem pala compressor, aun isang reason un.

    Engine bay factors include dirty air filter and fuel filters. Or possibly, carburetor setting lang.

    Natapos din ang change engine sa wakas! (well almost ) Laking tulong netong forums nato when i was starting out my adventures under the hood. Just wanna share the expenses guys para may idea yung mga ka tsikot natin:

    Corola Lovelife LE 2e engine originally, carb to efi = madugo hehehe

    4age bt 6 speed non LSD 85k
    labor includes all mounting conversions etc 10k
    wiring 4k (seperate electrician kasi, veteran and reputed dude kaya mejo mataas tf hehe)
    fuse box 2k
    full exhaust apexi n1 16k
    bt gauge carbon fiber face 7k
    fron and rear levin breaks with master and double d 15k
    ac palit linya 4k
    ac fan 1k
    oem strut bar 2.5k
    seatbelt (stuck up na eh) 1k
    tambucho install sa mufflerland 3.5k
    gas tank 5k
    axle 3-pcs 4k
    rad 3 row full aluminum 7k
    rack and pinion assembly US 12k (bumigay eh huhuhu)

    misc. change oil, food ng mekaniko, gas (due to outsourcing suppliers and spare parts), carwash, engine wash, engine detail 5k

    kulang kulang ng 200k nga hahahay! Pero may kulang pa jan. Konting kembot pa... velo stacks, timing belt palit after a couple of months for safety, samco hose (para pogi hehe), hi tension wire, a couple more hoses, and oil catch. Konting kembot pa.

    Magastos lang talaga pero ibang sense of fulfillment lalo na pag tumatakbo ng maayos. Whew!
