i am planning to change the engine of my lolo's '70 minica. it currently has the stock 359cc engine. it is just that is emits way too much smoke that's, why i want the engine replaced. sabi ng lolo ko yung 1000cc ng mga suzuki/daihatsu na van na maliliit, but i doubt that it will fit.
any suggestions on what engines to consider? maliit yung engine bay niya kaya medyo limited yung choices. thanks in advance!

660cc ang engine ng Suzuki Multicab. I also saw the same size of engine from Daihatsu. Silipin mo ang mga display ng Norkis, meron akong nakita sa SM Bacoor and try to see if the engine will fit to your Minica.

Tapos ipaport and polish mo ang intakes and out then pagawan mo ng headers using a slightly bigger diameter pipes at i-CAI set-up mo ang carbs nito....viola a modified minica!

gorbeh, i think you are lucky if you can find VULCAN 550 engine (2 cylinder) from late 70's minica. these are rare since almost 3 decade old engine model. or you can just restor ur orig vulcan 355 engine. thou last option would be suzuki 660 (3 cylinder).
