Electronic Fuel Engine problem

can anyone help me or recommend a shop that is and expert on this , i have a problem with my lancer glxi 4g93 engine , i have trouble with its response and idling , i think its a wiring problem cause if i move the wirings the perfomance changes then after awhile same old problem

probably the servo problem as is common on most mitsus.

can you recomend a good auto shop for this sir ? or should i let the casa do this ? i still believe its the wiring , i have changed the gears of my servo but still i can still feel the somewhat "bitin" mixture of air i think pero somtimes specially when cold or sometimes nagalaw ung wires papunta sa servo gumaganda yung andar nya eh. sa casa ba may pancheck sila ng wirings ng efi ?
