    Generally it would be something for the resto-mod community especially if you have a classic car like a Mustang, etc which still uses a carb engine. Otherwise an engine swap would be cheaper & better.

    Megsquirt requires a lot of electronic knowledge and wiring. It's a good DIY project, and, reportedly, not too difficult once you've studied the thing... but if your car has an EFi variant already, swapping engines is much more cost-effective.
