Question po sana sir. I have these Fiat Uno 1.7 Diesel. There is a leak in injection pump. Lucas injection base sa dog tag. minsan meron leak na halos every second tulo niya, minsan wala po talaga. kaso ngayon, hard starting. pwede po bang cause niya is dahil may leak sa injection pump at hinahangin po ba yun? Sometimes it almost start na kaso parang nawawala momentum. parang nauubos supply ng diesel. car has done 43,000kms, battery is good condition and crank the engines well but it does not start.

pinatingnan ko na din po injection pump. eye inspection lang. dapat daw baklasin at pina-rev niya ng around 6 seconds, then bitaw ng accelerator cable, medyo nagbago andar at nung pababa na rpm, parang mamamatay. baka daw may dapat palitan na parts sa injection. gusto ko po sana humingi ng isa pang opinion.

Plan ko po ngayon is to check:

1. glow plug if it's still ok.
2. go to a calibration center.

Any advise po if there are other things need to check sa diesel.
