arl0011 asked his bro. to bring their delica for a check up of the fuel injection system to Betan Calibration.
after some routine checkups by the technician, we pulled down the injectors as this were the ones to be pulled out 1st as part of the system aside from being the easiest to pull out. we did not take out the pump yet as the technician did not see the need for it.
pls. do take note that the technician also found out that the turbo is malfunctioning. when the injectors were pulled out, another technician went on to see and possibly correct what was wrong with the turbo.
so now the injectors were placed on the injector tester and it yielded negative results as according to the technician, it was already too worn out judging from the spray pattern, angle, pressure etc.
at this point, arl0011 bro. hinted if it's posible to return the old nozzle tips to save a little on costs. the technician then advsed him of the pros and cons if it were returned. evenutally he went on to change it.
so new nozzles were installed. this was done on our workshop were clients can easily come in and out to observe the work being done on their fuel injection system.
after installing the injectors, engine cranked up and voila, it was running but wait, there was still a little smoke coming out. after some more tinkering with the turbo, we advised that the turbo be checked by a specialist since it was the one causing the smoke and not the engine nor the injection pump at this point.
"we do not take out the pump just like that because it was smoking. we had to check other sources of the smoke before we decide to take it out since you might only spend for some repair that won't correct the problem at all."
"DAPAT LANG HANAP KA NG KAKILALA MO PARA DI KA MA LOKO NG GAGAWA. " "ALAM MO NAMAN HIRAP MAGTIWALA NGAYON." - we did not build our company overnight to gain the trust of clients. it took us 36 years of hard work, lots of trainings local and international, moolah for investment to be exact for us to reach this point. and not just some shop were it was born overnight only to fly again soon.
I hope this clarifies everything.
to arl0011,
if you feel you are not satisfied with our work. email me in private so we can work out an arrangement that would be benificial to both parties.
