Conversion from a saucer type filter to an air filter pwede ba?
Carb kase yung suzuki fronte ko..
Saan ba pwede magpagawa nung tube para hindi ako bibili nung saucer type na filter since a saucer type filter is not effective...

Maybe you can grab a hold of a surplus unit and use it on your rig.

You can try using an "elbow" joint to adapt a straight tube equipted filter, if there is enough clearance between the engine & the hood. I think Simota kits have these.

    Asteeeg, may fronte ka?

tama si ghost, you can use an elbow joint, space permitting... a viable alternative is to have one custom fabbed for the space you have there... yung pinsan ko nagpagawa, L-joint ang labas... it all depends on whether downdraft or side-draft ang carb mo... it's relatively easy.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

nodalos can only make galvanized iron tubes. These rust after some time and needs to be painted to look good.

Best to find a shop with spare simota tubes or selling simota filter kits with tubes included (not necessarily for your car) and try fitting them. You can also have the tube cut in length if needed.

I happened on a "service center" at banawe and their on-site store had a lot of simota kits on display (along with a lot of other stuff like lights, etc.).

You can also ask Auto_Xer*yahoo.com if he has kits available.

There a quite a number of places that make the tubes, but I haven't had one made, personally... the only one I know of is Kid Audio, in Biñan, Laguna... costs a few hundred for the adaptor to be made, pero GHETTO ung itsura... at least it will be stainless.

Ahehe... I do have an interest in all things 600cc.
