August 16th, 2010 10:42 PM #1hi guys...
sched ko na mag-oil change within the week or so ng '98 sentra ga14de ko..
for some reason, merong several bottles of 10W-40 4T shell motorcycle oil sa pinsan ko which i plan to use...
actually, i'll just use the mc oil after the engine oil has completely drained. will put the 4T oil and let the engine run for say, 10 mins tapos drain uli. then, yung Shell Helix Plus (blue) na ang ilalagay ko.
do you think this is okay/safe? using the 10w-40 (4T) motorcycle oil for the car engine?
thanks! thanks!Last edited by bubuchokoy; August 16th, 2010 at 10:55 PM. Reason: added info

August 16th, 2010 10:46 PM #2not sure kung pwede yan gamitin as your main oil.. but for use as flushing oil pwede naman.. possible kasi na iba yung chemical additives na nakalagay dyan since intended sya sa 4T engine
